Hi, I’m Pankaj Sharma, the Chief Financial Officer here at Vision Success. I guess you could say I’m the “numbers guy”—I keep the financial gears running smoothly while making sure we have the resources to keep growing and doing great work.

I’ve always had a thing for finance—probably because it’s the only place where it’s totally acceptable to get excited about spreadsheets and balance sheets. But beyond just balancing budgets, my role is to ensure we’re making smart financial decisions that keep the company on track and ready for future success.

I love the challenge of taking complex financial data and making it simple for everyone to understand. After all, finance isn’t just about numbers—it’s about making sure Vision Success has what it needs to keep moving forward, whether it’s reinvesting in our business, managing risks, or finding opportunities to expand.
