Services

Everything between the first question and the first day of class

Counselling, admissions, test preparation, visas, funding and the part after you land

What we do

Six services, one file

Your application does not get handed between departments. The same counsellor sees it from the first call to the day you fly.

01

Counselling & course selection

Before anything is paid for, we work out whether the plan makes sense.

We start with your marks, your budget and what you want to be doing in five years, not with a brochure. That conversation is free and carries no obligation.

You leave with a shortlist of courses and countries that fit your profile, and a clear statement of what each one costs and what it leads to.

  • A profile assessment against real entry requirements
  • Country comparison on cost, work rights and outcomes
  • An honest answer when a plan will not work
  • A written shortlist you can take away

02

Admission assistance

Applications filed properly the first time, to institutions we deal with directly.

We prepare the file: transcripts, statement of purpose, references and the institution-specific forms. Because we hold direct partnerships, applications go to the institution rather than through a chain of agents.

We track every application to a decision and tell you what to do about conditional offers, deferrals and refusals.

  • A statement of purpose drafted with you, not for you
  • Direct submission to partner institutions
  • Conditional offers explained in plain terms
  • Deadline tracking across every application

03

IELTS & PTE preparation

Coaching in our own classrooms, to the band your course actually needs.

We teach IELTS and PTE at our Ladwa, Cheeka and Pehowa offices, in batches small enough that a tutor hears every student speak.

Preparation aims at the band your shortlisted courses require rather than a generic target, and we book the test date with you.

  • Small batches across all four modules
  • Mock tests scored against the real band descriptors
  • A target set by your course requirement
  • Test booking handled with you

04

Visa & documentation

The file an officer expects, prepared to the current published rules.

Refusals almost always come from an incomplete file rather than a weak student. We assemble financial documents, proof of funds and supporting paperwork against the published requirement for your destination, and check it before it is filed.

Where an interview is part of the process, we run it with you first.

  • Financial documents checked against current rules
  • Proof of funds prepared correctly
  • Interview practice for destinations that require it
  • Support on a re-application after a refusal

05

Scholarship & funding guidance

Every reduction you qualify for, applied for on time.

Institution scholarships, early-payment discounts and merit awards each have their own deadlines, and most students miss them simply by applying late.

We identify what you qualify for at each institution on your shortlist and file those applications alongside your admission.

  • Institution scholarships matched to your profile
  • Education loan documentation support
  • Early-payment and merit discounts flagged
  • Filed alongside your admission, not after it

06

Pre-departure & onshore support

The part most agents stop before.

Accommodation, forex, insurance, packing, the first week: we brief you on all of it before you fly, and put you in touch with students already on your campus.

Our London office and our onshore partners mean there is someone to call once you land.

  • Accommodation and airport pickup where partners offer it
  • Forex and insurance guidance
  • Introductions to students already on your campus
  • A London office and onshore partners after you arrive

FAQ

How we work

Still unsure? One call with a counsellor usually settles it.

Ask us directly
Do you charge for counselling?

No. The first consultation is free, in person at any of our offices, on the phone or online. Fees only come up once you decide to go ahead with an application.

Can I use only one of these services?

Yes. Plenty of students come to us for test preparation alone, or for the visa file after applying somewhere themselves. Take what you need.

What happens after I get my visa?

Pre-departure briefing, accommodation, forex and airport pickup where our partners offer it. Our London office and onshore partners mean there is someone to call once you land.

How early should I come to you?

Six to nine months before your intake for most destinations, and twelve to eighteen for the United States. Earlier is never wasted.
